Hi, I'm Alexa and I run The Indoor Plantie, a specialist indoor plant styling and maintenance service based in London. I offer five services: houseplant maintenance, plant styling consultations, houseplant health assessment and troubleshooting, houseplant repotting, and indoor plant sourcing, to homeowners, interior designers, estate agents and commercial clients including cafés and retailers, across Central, West and South West London, and further afield by arrangement. Everything starts with a personal in-home consultation. Every plant I supply is individually chosen and health-checked, and every plan is tailored around your space, your lifestyle and your budget.

You'll usually spot me arriving at your door in green dungarees and a linen shirt, which is either your first sign that I take this seriously, or a sign that I've had my hands in compost since 7am. Probably both.

The advice out there is overwhelming and often contradictory. What people actually need is one person who comes to their home, looks at their specific light, their specific plants, their specific life, and tells them exactly what to do. That's what I do. In person, without jargon, every time.

I visit every client personally. I don't outsource the care and I don't rush the visits. I know the homes I work in, I know the plants in them, and I genuinely care how they're doing between visits. That's what makes the difference between plants that survive and plants that thrive.

I work across Central, West and South West London, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Chiswick, Ealing, Fulham, Richmond, Putney, Clapham, Wimbledon and everywhere in between, on everything from a single repotting visit to long-term maintenance relationships.
