I'll reply within one working day.

You don't need to know the plant's name or what's wrong, that's my job. A photo and a rough idea is plenty.

I reply within one working day. Your details are never shared.

Questions I get asked

It starts with a phone call. I learn about your space, your plants and what you're hoping for, and we agree together on the right approach. From there, I visit you at home to see the space properly and build a plan around what I find. Everything is talked through before any work begins, so there are never any surprises.
I work across Central, West and South West London, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Kensington, Chiswick, Ealing, Fulham, Richmond, Putney, Clapham, Wimbledon and surrounding areas. Elsewhere in London? Do still get in touch with your postcode. Where I have the capacity, I'm happy to travel.
Not at all. I'm just as happy with a one-off repotting or a single rescue visit as I am setting up a monthly maintenance plan. I'll always suggest what genuinely makes sense for you, not what's most convenient for me.
Almost certainly yes. In my experience, struggling plants almost always have a clear, fixable cause, the wrong light, too much or too little water, poor drainage, root-bound pots, pests, or simply the wrong plant in the wrong spot. A rescue visit gets to the bottom of it properly. Almost nothing I see is actually beyond saving.
Not at all, and honestly, it's not your job to. I love working with complete beginners. I'll take the confusion away entirely and give you everything you need to know, in plain English, at whatever level of involvement suits you.
Yes, and I'd love to hear from you. I'm used to working within project timelines, design briefs and client budgets, and I can provide ongoing maintenance once a project is complete, so the plants look as good in six months as they did on handover day.
I buy from London's flower markets and trusted local nurseries, and I select every plant myself, checking health, roots and pests before it ever reaches your home. I'm always honest about where a plant has come from when I know its provenance, and I buy to order rather than in bulk, so nothing sits around or goes to waste.
It depends on what you need, how many plants are involved, and where you are in London. I always give a clear, honest quote before any work begins, and I'm genuinely happy to work within a set budget. Start with a free call and I'll work it out together.
